Refund will be credited within 7 business day
Project Cancellation
- Clients may cancel their project and request a full refund within 7 days of project initiation if the work does not meet their expectations or aligns with my expertise.
- No deliverables will be provided if the project is canceled within the 7-day window.
Refund After 7 Days
- After 7 days, a full refund is not applicable; however, clients may still request a partial refund.
- The refund amount will be calculated based on the proportion of work completed. For example, if 50% of the work has been completed, 50% of the project fee will be deducted from the refund.
No Refund After 30 Days
No refunds will be issued after 30 days of project initiation, as significant time and effort will have been invested in the project.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed using the same mode of payment as the original transaction (e.g., payment gateway or personal UPI app).
- Refunds will be initiated within 7 business days of approval and may take additional time based on the payment provider’s processing time.
