1.1 All deliverables from my services are digital in nature and include, but are not limited to:

• UI/UX design files created in Figma or Adobe XD.
• Fully coded web design files using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Associated documentation, if applicable (e.g., design briefs or style guides).

1.2 No physical goods are shipped as part of my services.

2.1 All digital goods will be delivered via email or a secure cloud-based platform (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, or other mutually agreed-upon methods).
2.2 The specific method of delivery and email address to be used will be determined at the time of project registration and agreement.
2.3 Delivery is deemed complete when:

• The client receives an email containing the final files or a link to the shared folder.
• Access to the shared folder is confirmed.

2.4 A confirmation email will be sent to notify the client of successful delivery.

3.1 Delivery timelines are agreed upon at the start of the project and depend on its scope and complexity.
3.2 I will provide regular updates to ensure transparency and adherence to deadlines.
3.3 Delays caused by the client, such as late approvals or incomplete feedback, may result in adjustments to the delivery timeline.

4.1 All project files and deliverables will remain confidential and will never be shared with any third party after project completion, in accordance with the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
4.2 I am committed to safeguarding your intellectual property and proprietary information throughout and after the completion of the project.

5.1 Revisions to the deliverables are subject to the terms outlined in the project agreement.
5.2 Final delivery will only occur after the client confirms that all agreed-upon revisions have been completed.

6.1 Once digital goods are delivered, the client is responsible for downloading, storing, and backing up the files.
6.2 I am not liable for loss or damage to the files after successful delivery.
